WHAT MAY REQUIRE A CORRECTION
A correction may be appropriate when:
- A material factual statement is wrong.
- A source was misunderstood or represented inaccurately.
- A provider’s current policy materially changes the meaning of an article.
- A date, figure, quotation or attribution is incorrect.
- Important context was omitted in a way that could mislead a reasonable reader.
A disagreement with analysis does not automatically establish a factual error, but credible contrary evidence should be examined.
HOW CORRECTIONS ARE HANDLED
When a material error is confirmed, MAZEVUE should:
- Correct the inaccurate material.
- Recheck the supporting source or record.
- Review related passages that may depend on the same fact.
- Add a visible correction or update note when the change materially affects the reader’s understanding.
- Record the relevant correction or update date.
Minor spelling, grammar or formatting repairs may be made without a formal correction note when they do not change meaning.
HOW TO REPORT A POSSIBLE ERROR
To report a possible error, email contact@mazevue.com.
Please include the page URL, the statement or issue, and supporting information where available.
Do not include payment-card details, account credentials, booking or loyalty numbers, passport information, health information or other sensitive personal information.
WHAT MAZEVUE DOES NOT PROMISE
Submitting a concern will not automatically produce a change. Evidence must be reviewed, and MAZEVUE may preserve supported analysis even when a reader or company disagrees with it.
